The Judicial Reception is an event that honors retiring and senior status judges for their outstanding commitment to the courts and the legal system and welcomes incoming judges.
Each ticket includes admission, cocktails, and hors d’oeuvres.
Where is the entrance for the event?
Please note that the main entrance closes at 5 pm. Attendees to the reception must enter from the 3rd Street entrance.
All attendees must bring an ID and go through security before proceeding to check in and the reception in the atrium. For more information about entry and prohibited items please visit the US District Court of DC website.
What are my transportation options getting to the event?
The most convenient Metro subway stations are Judiciary Square (Red Line) and Archives-Navy Memorial (Yellow and Green Lines). More information can be found here.
