That Promote Quality of Life.
Achieving quality of life is tremendously vital to the legal profession, the lawyer, and our legal workplace. Lawyers who are satisfied with their quality of life (however they personally measure it) are more apt to stay with their organizations, sustain the quality of life culture for others, maintain continuity for their clients, and maximize the organization’s investment in their training. Lawyers who achieve quality of life are urged to nominate their employers for this Award.
Nominees have found the application process to be enlightening and rewarding. Award winners have been exceptionally pleased with the Award’s effect on morale, recruitment, retention, and client satisfaction. And they have served as models for others in the Washington, DC area.
The deadline for receipt of applications is Friday, May 5, 2017.
This year’s winner will be honored during the BADC Annual Meeting on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, in the BADC e-newsletter, and on the BADC website.
