BADC Bylaws Vote

DETAILS: The BADC Bylaws have not been updated since June of 2012. The proposed amendments are designed to modernize BADC practice and increase BADC membership and visibility. Key proposed changes relate to the way in which members are notified of the nominations process (see Article VI, Section 3), timing and process for nominations by those other than the Nominations Committee (see Article VI, Section 4), timing and process for voting (see Article VI, Section 5), processes used by the Election Board (see Article VI, Section 6), processes used for election results (see Article VI, Section 7), and processes for referenda (see Article VIII).
Must be a current BADC member to participate and/or vote.
