Views on Patent Cases from the Chambers

Join the Intellectual Property Section of the BADC for a panel discussion on “Views on Patent Cases from the Chambers – PTAB, Virginia and Maryland?” Panelists will each provide insight into the day to day operations of their chambers and how they handle patent cases. After preliminary overviews, there will be a question and answer format with questions also solicited from the attendees. The discussion promises to be a very informative and insightful with an outstanding panel of experienced patent jurists. Up to 2 hours of CLE Credits will be requested.
